This unit was about as straightforward as expected. This is all common information presented to training teachers. However, I struggle with classroom management because I do not discipline effectively enough. I have no problem with seating arrangements, speaking time, teacher talk time, or anything like that. I simply struggle with being controlling with those who have acted out.This unit was quite useful with regards to the use of teaching aids in a classroom. I enjoyed this unit as it gave further explanation on what each resource is and how it can be used, as well as advantages and disadvantages for various resources. Giving online sources is also very helpful especially for teachers who are unsure of where to find resources or help for their lessons.
