Unit 17 was interesting overall. It was about equipment in the classroom as well as teaching and visual aids. As far as colosseum equipment, they names certain things like DVDS and CDS, as well as white boards, cassette players, tvs, OHP. radio, and video camera. This unit went into even more depth explaining how all of these were used in the classroom which i found very helpful.This unit gives an overview of possible problems that a teacher can encounter when teaching various groups. As the unit suggests, the biggest challenge to deal with is group level varying issues, in this case, differentiation is very important in order to meet every student's individual needs. Stronger students should feel challenged and weaker students should not feel neglected.
