Unit 5 was about classroom management. I believe this to be very important in the learning process because having a positive environment in the classroom allows for maximum enjoyment and learning. When learning a different language, it is important to use non-verbal language such as eye contact and gestures to get information across (as ironic as that may sound). A teacher who is prepared, confident, kind, and enthusiastic should naturally illicit respect from the students and will make discipline easier if needed.
