This unit introduced various techniques that can be used to further engage students and to encourage the most progress in the shortest amount of time. It is important to figure out the most effective method for each individual group of students, and to read the room. A teacher must be sensitive to the individuals in the room, paying attention to the mood and the level of accomplishment.In this unit it was explained what are some cultural difference we might encounter when teaching in different countries and how to get prepared for that, as well seeking for new jobs, writing a cv and how to keep that employment, adding a professional development by obtaining some additional certificates. At the end it provided a lot of resources that can be used through out the career.
