Building a good learning environment works in conjunction of how one arranges the seating, creating student groups and build rapport with the students. There are many different ways to control the classroom, such as using eye contact, your voice or overall presence when either standing or sitting down. Being able to control your presence during key moments of learning can also aid in the student's group and can be done by varying from being dominant during the instructional (studying) phase to being almost invisible and being there to provide support during the activate stages. A good teacher and student relationship can create a harmonious learning environment this can be done by being consistent, the teacher being able to follow through with what they say and building rapport.
