Unit 1 explains about the overall course and includes an outline of the course, course objectives, and what to expect as a teacher of young learners. There are six units total and ITTT recommends completing one unit per day. If one or more units are completed each day, the course can be completed in one week or less.
According to ITTT, young learners are considered students aged primarily between 5 and 13 years old. That will be the target group for this course. The six-unit course is designed to provide information about theories, language acquisition, syllabus design, course development, classroom management, teaching themes, and professional development.
