This unit provides excellent information about classroom management. I especially found the section, \"Grouping students\" extremely useful. The reason being, I am thinking of having various types of group work - be it pairwork, whole-class grouping or individual work that I will like to execute at some point. It helps to know the advantages and disadvantages of each type so that I know when and how to use it for maximum effectiveness. Depending on the class's ability, I will know which is a better method to use at the different stages. I am very interested in executing pairwork because firstly, visibility is there unlike group work where an individual's visibility and participation is reduced and secondly, it allows both students the chance to speak and converse with each other.
