The importance we put on getting to know our students is essential in every stage of the lesson plan. Taking a few moments to gauge our student's level, their interest, hobbies, work & home life will make developing our lesson plan easier. Students will stay engage in the material if it's relatable to their lives. It is important to issue a clear and unambiguous instructions for the activity itself so all students are clear as to what is expected of them. Learners must be able to understand the meaning of the material. Since we will be issuing instructions for the activity in the students second language, we need to make use of clear visuals and strong demonstration of what is expected.
