The first thing I learned or found interesting was the definition of classroom management: The skill of organising ans managing the class,having a friendly, relaxed manner and still maintain discipline. Using eye contact, gestures and voice are all behaviour from the teacher, these will help the teacher build a good relationship with her students.It is important to be consistent and explain these traits in the beginning of the year. It's extremely important to make the atmosphere as positive an encouraging as possible for students to feel comfortable and relaxed to accept teaching. The responsibility of the teacher is not to talk or stand all the time, a balance between teacher talk time and student talk time ans teacher involvement in activities are important aspects of teaching.
