Unit 19 focused on the teaching of special groups. Although I will specifically be teaching children, the portion on teaching business English was very helpful as I may teach private individual lessons apart from my teaching position. This focused on the different classrooms associated with Teaching English as a Foreign Language. From children to business professionals, this course as a whole has prepared me to teach all levels and all focuses within the English-learning classroom. I learned to focus on visuals and to utilize many different activities to keep the students interested when working in a young learners classroom. Also, for business professionals, it is necessary to have an idea of the specific field in which they work in order to create relevant and captivating material.
