I think every single classroom, every single class, every single student will always be different. I like some of these ideas, especially about classroom arrangement. It reminded me of when I was in school and what my elementary, middle, and high school teachers did to maintain order. I believe the most respected teachers wanted feedback from the classroom, but also had a clear goal with tactics they could draw from. I want to establish rapport with my students by listening to them, being clear in my definitions and instructions, and leading them in their activities. I think the biggest thing I have to work on is the ability to handle problem students. I might have some students, younger ones probably, who might get out of control, and I want to plan how I might attack that situation.
