This unit adds the finishing touches on what we have learned through this TEFL course. The content mainly deals with the potential problems that a teacher might experience in their career and provides some tips on how to overcome them. Reluctant students, large classes, use of native language (by students) are just a few examples of such problems. In my view, a teacher will learn how to handle such problems after s/he gains experience in the field. Experience is the key to class management and discipline. Afer all, teaching is a skill, and like all other skills you gain mastery of it after a good while of trial and error. What is important is that the teacher should have this desire to move towards the right direction, and needless to say, where there's a will there definitely is a way.
