This unit centers on lesson planning. I have learned that preparing lesson plan for a class is a good idea because it facilitates the teacher's work not to be confused somewhere along the line. when a teacher plans a lesson well, he/she will come to realize that the class is flowing well and interesting. But on the other other hand, some critics argued that lesson planning is not a good way because it makes the teacher to be self centered. The teacher can't be flexible to meet up with the students needs because he/she can be embarrassed during the class if a student would ask a question out of his/her lesson plan. But for inexperienced teachers, its normal to prepare a lesson plan.I have learned how a lesson plan can be written, although there are no special ways a plan must be written.
