Through studying this unit, I feel that I have learned how to be an adequate and discerning teacher. What I mean by that is that with such roles as the manager, organizer, assessor and prompter, I learned what role to play and when. I also learned the psychologies of my future students. How adults tend to have more pride when it comes to learning, thus it can be more difficult for them to learn. But at the same time, adults have more motivation than younger learners such as pre-puberty learners. Aside from the mentioned, I have also learned that students not only need encouragement via good and kind and motivating words, but also through prompting, not correcting every little error immediately and also through being sensitive to the student's feeling when giving feedback and correction.
