I have learned a great deal about the engagement stage and ideas for interacting with students. The several different examples of ways to interact with students was extremely valuable, including all the games listed in the document. I also realized the importance of how to correct students; that encouragement is just as important as actually correcting a student.A teacher's presence in the classroom entails much more than simply his or her knowledge of the English language. Learners will engage more readily when a teacher presents his or herself as approachable, respectful, encouraging, friendly, and interested. Learning the names of his or her learners is a basic sign of respect that inspires interest and participation.
