The video lessons were a contrast in ESA. In the first lesson the teacher was less enthused, and he confused the students with the term model auxiliary verb. It looked liked the students were bored confused and disinterested. The second lesson the instructor was more interested and upbeat with the students. The students were having fun and participating. They used their imagination to create an unique animal that they could explain.Using a course book can be helpful because it can give the teacher a good structure of what to teach to the class. For example, authentic materials can be used so that students can get a taste of the real life by using the real world info the teacher has acquired. On the other hand, creative materials can be a bit more playful in the sense of using crossword games and also bring out the creative side of the teacher in creating games.
