Grammar is one of the dreaded aspects of this course. I was surprised ow once laid out in a fashion done here made it easier to learn. The formulas laid out for the different tenses actually made it so easy to analyze a sentence. I would write our the formula for each tense then apply the formula in answering the questions on this quiz. For example laying them out in 3 category formula really helped.
Such as PERSON: AFFIRMATIVE NEGATIVE QUESTION
Then taking each and applying it in a formula fashion.
Example Present Continuous ...AFFIRMATIVE
(SUBJECT + aux. verb \"be\" + verb+ ing) Once I memorized these formulas made things simple. I do realize there are irregularities in all cases. The various rules made everything much clearer. All really helped in a difficult part of this course. Thanks
