The last unit of this course covers information on typical problems teachers can have in their classes. It lists ways to build rapport in your first class and how to use warm up activities to get the students involved. As a teacher, you may also face large classes, classes with students that have different levels of English, or classes with reluctant students. Unit 20 provides information on how to best manage these types of classes.In this lesson I learned about parts of speech. This lesson helped me to better understand the dynamics of English grammar, and how to better identify the parts of a sentence. In particular i learned the differences between transitive and intransitive verbs. I'd been using them my whole life and didn't know there was a difference. This lesson also helped me refresh the grammar knowledge i already have, which is definitely a big help.
