This unit was about the different problems that teachers can face and their solutions. When a teacher is faced with a new class he/she can use different activities to establish rapport, find out about the students' language leve, figure out the students' needs and about their interests overall. the teacher should keep in mind that not all students are at the same level. Using different materials, tasks and pairing stronger students with weaker ones can ensure better results. Some students might seem like they don't want to participate in class. Using pair work, role-play and controlled practice can help encourage them more. All in all, using level appropriate activities, clear explanations and encouraging the use of English can help students to learn English and express themselves more easily.
