this unit helps teach us why the past tense is so crucial in teaching the english language. it is the building block in telling a story or to explain what had happened in the past. it is a tool that truly rounds out the new english speakers. with the tools explained in this unit we are able to teach a way to dicier the differences in the past tens and if the action was completed.I found this unit to be very practical and it gave me good skills to use when I am teaching different ages, cultures and needs.
The different types of classes I will be teaching will all have different needs and I have gained more skills from doing this unit that will help me and my students.
For example when I encounter a weaker students I will pair them with a stronger student.
