in the video, it shows the teacher knows students by names and he started a game that attracts student attention. He paired students in group of two so students can work and help each other. Students had a brief time for diccussion with each other before they can diccuss in the class. The teacher encourages students participate and students shows they are very positive and active particated. To make more clarification of an action like crawling, the teacher even used mime, gesture, and example to help student know the word crawling. The teach crawled in the floor to show the meaning of crawling. Games, pictures ,Filling in the blanks are also used. As I know a motivated and caring teacher is much more likely to have successful students who enjoy their learning and continuing attending classes.
