The grammar in this unit was very specific and helped me tell the difference between the present tense that was in a former unit and the future tense. It was also helpful for me to note down which sections were commonly confused with the other and the differences between them. I particularly enjoyed the \"going to\" future in that it was not something I expected.This unit described the different forms of the future tense, with examples of each one. By understanding the differences in usage between these forms, I feel better prepared to explain the future tense to my students and colleagues in Japan. The future tense presents a lot of difficulties to Japanese learners of English, and I now feel ready to assist them fully.
