This is how our TEFL graduates feel they have gained from their course, and how they plan to put into action what they learned:
This unit was another that focused on verb tenses. Not only did it discuss future tense but it also outlined how some forms of present tense can be used as having future meaning. To recap, the future simple and the future continuous, much like their past and present counterparts, are quite easy to grasp. They are used for both predictions and for facts about what will happen in the future. The other forms, perfect and perfect continuous, are again much more difficult to understand. I'm sure my students will run into trouble differentiating when to use \"have\" or \"been\" or the past participle. I think the best thing to do with that is to drill it often, so it will be ingrained in their brains and mouth muscles. The sample activities are great as always and will hopefully aid in helping me achieve this.
