When teaching and/or tutoring, planning lessons in advance is very important. It needs to take into account what has already been seen, what parts of the language causes struggle might be important to slow down on and spend more time working on with the students. Taking notes isn't just for student, as it helps the teacher monitor it's time, working progress etc.The information this unit provided was useful, it explained step by step how to fill in a lesson plan. It also explained why it is important to keep a lesson plan and why you should closely monitor your own lessons in order to improve yourself. I liked this unit, because it was straight to the point and was not something I had learned before starting this course.
