This unit i have the learned the following on Managing classes. Eye contact and gestures, eye contact it will let the students know that they are involved in the lesson and gestures add more visual interest.Grouping students there are different ways to do this you whole group to make every student belong to the class. Classroom arrangement is very important specially for the teacher to feel comfortable.learning the conditionals, was very enjoyable, and seemed the easiest to differentiate between, though I see how and inexperienced ELS could find difficulty.as usual there are some great teaching ideas, which will help in the future. I assume that these conditionals are taught to a higher level student, but I suppose you will still come across, and have to explain the same to lower level ELS. Regards Rob
