I think that it is important to focus more on the process than the product because even if there might be some mistakes, the students could still be learning on the right path. I think it makes sense with not correcting every little detail. I never though of writing as possibly being the most neglected skill, but in a way, it is the hardest because it is a producing skill that generally requires more accuracy.every teacher have to deal with different issues in the classroom, knowing how to fix things depends on the experience of the teacher, the rapport that the class have, the classroom management and many other factors, a good teacher will know how to act and try to fix things, a very good teacher will share his or her experience in order to help other teachers and in order to get experience from others as well.
