In this unit I saw 2 clases, in the first, the teacher has a very bad attitude, does not motivate and incourage the students and this makes the students shy and scared of participating. On the second class he starts introducing himself and asking the names of all of the students, he also tries to be more positive, uses mimes and tries to motivate and stimulate the participation in class.This unit was easier for me to understand and grasp, than the previous units.The techniques taught are familiar to me, having been in various school settings. I had never considered the roll of my previous teachers beyond teachers. And I had not put any thought as to why they set up their class rooms differently. I have experienced each of the class room set ups in my previous schooling.
