Unit 17, equipment and teaching aids, covered the various equipment that as a teacher would benefit me and could help liven the experience for my students. The different aids range from the whiteboard all the way to computers and dictionaries. The unit covered the advantages and disadvantages that accompany each equipment piece. The unit offered an extensive list of websites from databases to a thesaurus.Teachers can make it possible that students enjoy learning grammar even though this is one of the most boring part of English study. Teachers need to teach logically and make lesson plans with pair or group activities so that grammar study does not overwhelm students. Also teachers have to encourage students to speak with grammar they are studying in a class as it is great way to retain what they learned.
