I have learnt what types of tests can assess a student?s language level and which test should be given at different stages in a course. In the addition, this unit also covers the general external examinations which are TOEFL, IELTS, and TOEIC for admission or work purpose; however, Cambridge assessment contains different categories of the exams, for example, KET, PET, skills for life, and Business English.This unit covered the four parts of the present tense: simple, continuous, perfect, and perfect continuous. We went into examples of each, giving the uses of each as well as common mistakes students make. For me it is interesting to learn this in English, I have learned this but for Spanish. I find it fun to go back and forth between the two languages and compare to how English structure compares to Spanish.
