Unit 18 has been very challenging. It has a variety of information which needs to be read very carefully. It has taught me more about passive voice, modal verbs and phrasal verbs which is a topic very interesting. I have studied these topics before but phrasal verbs is the structure that I have struggled more when is time to teach it. To sum up, I enjoyed this unit, I think it had great information and the videos are very helpful too.From this session, two more skills calles productive skills are introduced. Slightly different from receptive skills, so we should have different methods of teaching to develop these two skills from students. Sometimes writing skills is neglected and actually it's most important to reflect the student's accuracy. Students' interests should also been considered when offering teaching materials to reach the best interaction and results.
