Video with Thai students seems very interesting to me and I looked them twice. The teacher in the first video was very funny, sometimes he reminded me of my school teachers. Of course, in the first video it seems that teachers need more enthusiasm for teaching and he didn't care about the academic performance of his students. The second video is radically different from the first and is a remarkable example of a good lesson.A short unit. Much of the information is clear & concise. You have given some good ideas on what & what not to do when preparing lessons. I'm not sure if children are my thing but the business side might be intimidating. Having had business letter written by non english taught student business letters are one of the most noticeable areas that need to be addressed when teaching english. This I can do, not sure about the rest.
