This was a very confusing unit for me. I can see clearly how learners gets confused. Proper preparation by the taecher are necessary to avoid confusion. Pairing up learners to do fun activities like palm reading or role play will benefit the students by practising the past tense. The past tense is confusing but once mastered it all makes sense. Teacher must encourage learners to stay positive.Tests are always a good way to indicate what a person's level is with a specific subject, whether it is in the learning of a language or whether it is to learn another subject. It helps the student to evaluate their abilities, as well as the course they're busy with, and the same is true for the teacher: the teacher can evaluate the progress of his/her students and which areas need more attention.
