It is useful to see the difference between a \"good\" class and a\"bad\" class. I still find the different \"Activate\" and \"study\" phase differentiation confusing, and don't exactly see how the classes were separated. Clearly the same teacher teaching in a different manner had a profound affect on his students. It is a great reminder that attitude is key. Clarity and being prepared are also helpful, but attitude is really important.Observing two classes with the same teacher and same students have been extremely useful.the first video showed us some aspects of a bad teaching method and atitude,for example teacher was sitting the whole time,especially when students needed him for the activation part.he also had no level adaptation which leaded to confusion.he didnt truely covered the study part appropriately. but in second lesson teacher had a perfect performence.
