This Unit was effective in illustrating the importance of receptive skills in particular that of reading and listening. A good outline of the considerations a teacher would need in preparing lessons and during the teaching phase were provided. In particular the ESA outline was helpful and i will likely be able to refer back to this during my future time teaching.Unit 20 is the final unit of the course and discusses Troubleshooting, common problem situations, first lessons, questionnaires/surveys, \"Pass the Ball\" game, \"Tell us About\" activity, Needs Analysis and Warmers. It also discusses teaching students at different levels, classroom dynamics, student use of native language, and difficulties with listening tests.
