There is a lot of resources for effective teaching of the language, we use technology to make the learning experience more conducive. Many teaching aid can be used to make lessons more interesting,effective and less dependent on textbook. One of the most useful tool available to students is dictionary. Besides that, the Internet and online resources is a vast network of information to be used.This unit taught me how to manage not only my classroom but helped inform me on how to manage my time and also the students time spent speaking. This unit informed me on what potential disciplinary actions I can take when handling a problem student. I was also informed of when to and when not to involve my self in student activities and how to manage them in groups, pairs and also individually.
