Spoken and written skills are called productive, for obvious reasons. Spoken skills, though not necessarily easy, are more natural to most folks, but requires accuracy efforts in pronunciation, and less criticized time in fluency or more free flowing conversation. Writing, however is tricky, and can be very difficult for some people who don't even have any of the same letters or norms in their written language.This lesson was great for knowing what to do on your first day and where to begin with a class. I see many similarities between my experience as a sales professional and my new role as a language teacher. One must first establish trust and build rapport with a group before they will listen to you, and finding out what the student wants and needs to work on will also help build trust between student and teacher.
