I learned the difference between Authentic and Creative materials and how they assist the teaching process. I learned that Authentic materials such as text books are not graded at a level and need to be selected carefully. And I also learned that Crosswords and roleplay qualify as Creative Materials as activities to do outside of the Authentic material such as the course book.This unit is important to the teacher to understand how to manage a classroom. it is important to know how a certain disposition of the classroom is gonna work with the students and what kind of effects is gonna have. It is also important to know what kind of strategies to use with the students and to know how the presence of the teacher will influence them and their learning.
