In Unit 12 i learned about the importance of productive skills which include both writing and speaking. Writing is usually left out or very limited because a lot of teachers try to avoid silence in the classroom and usually leave it as homework but it gets controversial because it can not guarantee all student will complete their homework, therefore, lacking the writing skill.Many different teaching aids can be used to make the classes more stimulating and motivating. Whiteboard, interactive whiteboard, visual aids, DVD players, dictionaries, worksheets should be used in classrooms. This unit provided very many links to useful resources that can be used in the classrooms. Many thanks for these links, I liked them and will be using them in my work.
