For this unit we have gone over the four skills, receptive and productive and the different ways to target and enhance them. This unit has been very helpful foe me in my classrooms even now. It has been mostly review and going over important points when teaching and what to look out for and what needs to be targeted to be most effective in teaching the students how to use their receptive and productive skills.This unit is about speaking and writing. It explains what is important about teaching each of these and why. It also gives examples of what activities to use for speaking and writing in the classroom. Ideas of straight arrow ESA lessons are given. While I understand this unit and the previous one I always seem to struggle with the test questions about which sentence should be in which stage of the lesson!!
