I have become very comfortable with the ESA teaching methodology as it is progressive and helps both student and teacher to improve their language skills through the use of various activities. These activities appropriate to each level will ensure that all students are involved and gives the teacher the necessary flexibility to keep the students interested.I didn't realize that there was phonemic symbols. That took a while to learn how to read because I'm not use to seeing words written by how they sound ultimately. It was a good thing to learn though because I even remember the people struggling between the \"s\" and \"z\" sounds when I was overseas so it's nice to break it down so they can learn the correct pronunciation.
