Speaking and writing are equally as important as reading and listening. Speaking will be concentrated on accuracy and fluency while writing should be concentrated on grammar. Teachers should encourage students with speaking by having them do controlled activities, guided activities, and creative communication. Writing should be encouraged to help students with grammar and different pronunciation of words.The attitude that the teacher comes into class with will have a profound effect on the success of the lesson. The teacher in the first lesson looks unhappy and is very impatient which makes the class very intense and discouraging so the students are not willing to participate. The teacher has a positive and engaging attitude in the second lesson and the students respond with a high level of participation.
