In Unit 10 in regards to the 2 videos it is quickly evident that in the first video the students are confused and do not want to participate. The teacher is not approachable and makes the students feel like he would rather be elsewhere. The teacher did not know the students names nor did he seem to care. He was not clear and concise with his expectations and did not start the lesson with proper background. In Video 2 the teacher was friendly, approachable and started off with his name and wanted to learn the students names as well. He was full of energy and very enthusiastic. He started with very basic fundamentals and accelerated only as quick as the students were able to comprehend which in turn allowed to the students to want to participate and the teacher also made the learning process fun for his students
