I have learned a lot in this unit. All the tenses; present perfect continuous, present continuous, present perfect, and present simple. I have forgotten about all of these. I guess I'm use to contracting words and putting sentences together, that I don't stop to think of why or what I am doing when I do these things. Again, I am thankful for the Activate stage games and exercises that are given in the examples.Receptive skills include reading and listening. How we read or listen is determined by the motivation behind it. Reasons for reading as well as listening could be for purpose which will lead to a specific aim or goal and also for entertainment or pleasure. Sometimes these two reasons could be put together. Selecting a topic for a listening or reading lesson should be centred around the interests of the students
