A great unit on how a class should be managed and what factors make up a good class. It allowed me to look at different ways of setting up the class room and how to get the best out of students by giving them a chance to speak more and reduce teacher talking time. This unit has allowed me to look at how a teacher should go about teaching and how to build good sprit and cohesion in a class room.The tenth unit \"Video Classes\" is based around the ESA two demonstration videos.I've watched two videos with the same lesson point,the same teacher and students,but one of these lessons is being taught more effectively,while another one has errors,making deliberately by the teacher. The difference between these two lessons is obvious and it helps to recognize good and bad teaching techniques.
