This unit has taught me the different ways we can ensure an effective classroom environment. It is important to built a rapport with your students to help them gain the confidence to learn to the best of their ability. It is important to read every class and feel which methods to put into practice, such as seating arrangements, disciple, giving instructions and keeping the class engaged.Unit 8 presented me with the most challenges during the course thus far, as it really brought home the depth of English grammar in as much as '7 futuristic acts'. The regular tenses of simple, continuous, perfect and perfect continuous (as seen in the present and past tenses) are joined by three additional forms: the 'be going' + infinitive, the present simple and the present continuous.
