This unit had significantly more content than the previous two. This unit gave me insight into a large array of teaching techniques and ideas of possible lesson plans. It also taught me how students tend to learn and best retain information. I found the section labelled 'ideas for engage phase' particularly useful and interesting. This section gave me some great ideas for my own teaching methods.This unit was a demonstration of what to do and what not to do in a lesson. It was interesting to be on the receiving end of a poor lesson. Most of the mistakes the teacher made are inherently obvious, but seeing them in the classroom helped to illustrate their effects. It's one thing to be told you shouldn't read in class. It's another to see someone do it and think, \"Wow, he sure looks bored.\
