In unit 7 vocabulary grammar and functions. We were exposed to ways to teach the students new vocabulary according to the class level also their propper grammar and the ways the vocab can be used. We also remembered the different ESA structures that can help us teach the class according to the difficulty of the lesson making it easier for both student and teacher to keep the lesson interesting.This is probably the most challenging area of teaching English. The various tenses and usages of them when reporting direct speech during or after an event can get complicated for an English speaker let alone a beginner. This unit made me think about ways to help students learn the conditionals and reported speech easier so that they can better grasp conversational, written, and spoken English.
