When a student has a difficulty in learning a new vocabulary, we should consider some depending factors such as similarities to students? own language, spelling, and pronunciation. A Straight Arrow ESA structure can be used in teaching vocabulary. The techniques for introducing grammatical structures and language functions are Boomerang and Patchwork ESA lesson respectively. In short, I have learnt the challenge for learning a new language so it is important to know how to explicitly convey the content to the students in the level of the class.
