There are many things to consider in a textbook. I think it would have been more helpful if this unit helped to identify the levels or grades surprises in both authentic and created material. It would also be nice to have an example of a course book to help and practice with analyzation. I think more examples about books instead of only created material would have been a lot more helpful. However, I do realize sometimes it's not up to the teacher to decide the textbook. There are many situations and maybe too many levels to actually practice choosing course books. I also think created material also gets easier to make. However, I would love to have advice on how to spice up my activities. Sometimes I get into the habit of choosing supplementary material that is the most easy to prepare.
