This unit is one of the most important when it comes to young learners. Classroom set up can make a big difference. I personally like the horseshoe classroom set up as it would make the classroom more interactive and lets the classroom seem more intimate and personal. One problem with young learners though is discipline. I don't like yelling so I feel that keeping the discipline standard the same every day and always executing the same discipline every time is something to remember. Holding a student after class would be the best way to let a student know they need to improve their behavior. I learned its not always important to be the dominate figure in class such as when students are in the study phase of class or when they are doing book work.
